City break in Romania - 4 days from 286€

      Arrival at the airport in Bucharest and three hours transfer to Brasov, one of Transylvania’s major cities. Time to discover the medieval center, one of the best preserved in Romania, housing The Black Church - the largest between Vienna and Constantinople, the City Council Square, the ramparts erected in medieval times by the Saxon colonists.

      Overnight in a 3* hotel, medieval building situated in the main square of the city.

      In the morning transfer to Bran village in order to visit Dracula’s castle – a beautiful medieval castle, built to protect the border between two Romanian provinces – Transylvania and Wallachia.

      On the way back to Brasov, in the afternoon, you have a special program – Carpathian brown bear observation in the wild. The chances to see the bear are about 90%.

      Return to Brasov late in the evening.

     Return to Bucharest. On the way possibility to visit Peles castle, the Royal castle of Romania, and take a walk at the feet of Bucegi Natural Park.

     Discover Bucharest – a vibrant, cosmopolite city, included lately among the trendiest European capitals to visit.

     It was Vlad the Impaler, the Romanian ruler who inspired Bram Stoker’s Dracula classic vampire novel, the one who established in Bucharest his court for a part of his reign, thus making Bucharest a capital for the first time.

     Time to discover the city. We suggest you include a visit to the People’s House – the 2nd biggest building in the world after the Pentagon, built during the communist times, a good insight into Romanian’s recent history, and definitely a stroll through the old neighborhoods of the city.
